Susan is a botanical artist whose work has appeared in private collections in the UK, Ireland, the USA and Dubai. She sells her paintings, does commissioned pieces on request and runs workshops in watercolour painting.
Susan trained as a graphic artist and worked in advertising before studying botanical drawing and watercolour painting at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. She has exhibited in numerous solo, joint and group exhibitions, with highlights including exhibiting at the Royal Scottish Academy, the renowned Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition and the Llewellyn Alexander ‘NOT the Royal Academy’. Susan opens up her home to visitors for the Devon Open Studio events and exhibits across the UK. She also had her black and white illustrations included in the Blue Guide Scotland.
